Jonathan P. Hart, Shutts
Jonathan P. Hart is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, a full service law firm with more than 280 attorneys located in eight offices throughout Florida. Jonathan is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group and regularly represents clients in state and federal court on complex litigation matters, including: corporate and partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, fraud and deceptive trade practices claims, real estate litigation and claims involving misappropriation of trade secrets and enforcement of non-compete provisions. Jonathan is originally from Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison prior to attending law school at the University of Miami School of Law. Jonathan began his career with Jorden Burt LLP in Miami, Florida but joined Shutts and Bowen in 2013 and relocated to Palm Beach County. Jonathan resides in North Palm Beach with his wife and two young children.
Jonathan also serves as a Director for the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center in Jupiter, a non-profit organization that provides after-school tutorial services for at-risk students.
